Reporting Copyright Infringement

- Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information including address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly review the claim
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the takedown
- Respond to the complainant with confirmation of action taken
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@wikigachagame.org including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
False Claims
