WikiGacha Play is a free, browser-based gacha card game that uses Wikipedia article data to generate collectible trading cards. The game requires no registration, no downloads, and no payment. All game data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage.
4. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Site or its systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Site in ways not intended
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or servers
- Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
5. Intellectual Property
The WikiGacha Play game design, code, visual assets, and branding are the property of WikiGacha Play. Wikipedia content displayed in the game is sourced through the public Wikipedia API and is available under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
6. Third-Party Content
The Site displays content from Wikipedia through its public API. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of Wikipedia content. Wikipedia articles are created and maintained by volunteer editors and may contain errors or biases.
7. No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WikiGacha Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All game data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
10. Game Data
Your card collection, battle history, achievements, and other game progress are stored in your browser's localStorage. We are not responsible for data loss due to clearing browser data, switching browsers, or device changes. We recommend being mindful of your browser data settings.
11. Free Service
WikiGacha Play is completely free to use. There are no premium currencies, in-app purchases, or paid features. We reserve the right to introduce optional features in the future, but the core game will always remain free.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior that we deem harmful to the Site or its community.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
